This slicer/striper/dicer can process products requiring a smooth and delicate cut – such as tomatoes and vegetables – to a maximum diameter of 220 mm with superior quality and efficiency, without the need for pre-cutting. The ILC-3D produces perfectly uniform julienne strips and sticks from carrots, celery, etc.

Suitable for: carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, beetroot, aubergines,

mushrooms, garlic, beans, almonds, potatoes, melons, apples, pears, salad greens, pumpkin, mango, papaya, guava, peaches, pineapples, melons, apples, pears, strawberries, etc.

*CUTTING SIZES: First cut: slices, adjustable thickness from 2 to 28 mm (3/32” – 1.1/8”).

Second cut: strips (with circular blades): 2.4 to 40 mm (3/32” – 1.1/2”).

Third cut: cubes (with cross-cutting blades): 4 to 60 mm (4/25” – 2.1/4”).
