The FAM Linear Cutting and Cubing Machine is used to: cut fresh or lightly processed products into cubes (cubing) and strips (julienne): fruit, vegetables and meat.

Standardise the size of the cut, ensuring a uniform presentation for the final product.

Increase efficiency in food production lines, reducing manual labour.

It is ideal for cutting a wide variety of meat products, from frozen to chilled and cooked products, to produce hot strips and cubes.

The maximum dimensions of the product fed into the machine depend on the actual shape of the product: 220 mm max. width and approx. 20 mm height.

PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE PROCESSED:

- Fruit: peaches, apples, pineapples, mangoes, papayas, melons, pears, etc.

- Vegetables: carrots, potatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, etc.

- Meat and poultry: chicken, turkey, pork, pork belly, ham, bacon.
