This top-standard size autoclave with vertical positioning, is an autoclave currently manufactured for a very specific market with generous daily productions and without format change in the canning industry, being of great acceptance in automatic or robotized systems, as well as large volume productions in small cans.

Its use is dedicated as a sterilizer for small can types to be treated with a thermal process.

Normally, it is advisable to assemble several equipments in a feeding cascade so that if there are three equipments, first the nº1 is filled, when the filling is finished, nº2 and then nº3 are filled so that when nº3 is finished, nº1 has already finished its thermal process and is ready for the next filling of cans for a new process.

The emptying is done at the bottom of the equipment by means of an emptying system suitable for this purpose, so that the unloading is continuous and without undesired accumulations.

It is loaded in bulk so that baskets and other manipulations are avoided, with a capacity of 36,000 cans of RO-85 or equivalent in each process.
