The Guelt magnetic de-basketter is designed to automate the loading and unloading of rigid containers (metal, glass) from their baskets on production lines, using permanent magnet plates to handle entire layers of products. It is ideal for industrial processes, ensuring efficient and safe handling without damaging the containers.

Basket dimensions:

- Option 1: 81 cm x 76.5 cm x 76 cm.

- Option 2: 84 cm x 84 cm x 84 cm.

This equipment has a maximum processing capacity of 4 layers per minute, excluding basket changeover. The estimated basket replacement time is 20 seconds, but this may vary depending on the equipment layout and the organisation of the workstation. The production rate may also vary depending on the product format and stability.

It comprises:

- Uncaging structure.

- Lifting table with hydraulic system.

- Magnetic plate extraction belt.

- Outfeed conveyor.

- Stainless steel cabinet with Schneider PLC.

- 4-way positioner.

- Intralox 900 Series Flush-Grid modular belt.

- Manual adjustment handwheel with revolution counter, allowing the height to be adjusted for each format.

- Manual feeding of the trolleys.

- A sensor detects the trolley and starts the cycle.

- The table rises and the containers are magnetised beneath the belt.

- The operator removes the separators.

- The operator removes the empty tray.
