About this machine
The washer and curler for cephalopods, especially octopus, is designed to clean and blend the product by beating the mass of product immersed in a liquid of water and salt or any other additive.
The product is introduced into the drum of the mixer, and once the machine is full, it is hermetically sealed by means of a flap. The machine's control system allows the drum, driven by a geared motor, to have 2 rotation speeds: fast speed for the washing process, and slow speed to place the drum in the product loading and unloading positions, as well as in the door open/close position.
