About this machine
The washing machine / mixer for cephalopods, especially octopus, is a machine made of stainless steel for washing and mixing octopus.
It basically consists of a cylindrical drum made of stainless steel plate, with a support structure at the top for the whole unit made up of a 0.75 kw motorvariator and beating and/or turning curling blades. It incorporates a watertight, rectangular, manually opened product discharge gate.
The octopus pieces are introduced into the drum, which has blades inside that, in addition to increasing the efficiency of the washing process, are also used to beat the pieces. The beating paddles are driven by a 0.75 Kw motor-variator.
