About this machine
The machine contains a discharge chute, a pump and hydraulic system, a water tank, an electrical panel and safety system, drag rolls, a cleaning system and a protective casing.
It has been created for the automatic peeling of cephalopods. It can process different species thanks to the inclination adjustment of its peeling devices depending on the product to be processed.
Ready to be integrated in high capacity continuous processing lines, the product is fed and evacuated from the peeler in a fully automatic way. The multiple regulation options of the equipment guarantee optimal peeling quality and maximum product yield.
It has a capacity of 600kg/h depending on the product. It is made of stainless steel. AISI-316 and corrosion resistant materials.

Includes water recirculation tank.
