About this machine
Semi-automatic pre-sealer for fixed formats with AUTOMATIC closing of the upper and lower flaps, for high production lines.
Equipment & configuration
- Double upper and lower feed.
- Automatic folding-folders-folders-flaps.
- Height adjustment: spindle.
- Width adjustment: spindle.
- Upper side pressure of the box by means of manually adjustable rollers.
- 2 K11 sealing heads as a high performance sealing unit for smooth box movement.
- Sealing angles: 70 and 50 mm. adjustable.
- Protection and safety screens.
- Installed power: 2 motors of 0,18 HP.
- 2 Motors 0.13 kW each.
- Standard power supply 220 or 380 volt. 3 Phases+Earth.
- Height adjustable legs for exact adjustment with the conveyors (input/output).
- Production capacity of 1.200 boxes per hour (production will depend on the format).
