About this machine
The UNIVERSAL SUPER Mod. TD produces artichoke hearts from raw material with a minimum diameter of 30 mm and a maximum of 80/85, provided it has been graded beforehand so the machine can be adjusted to the size being processed. The artichokes are placed by hand in the holes of the holders with their stems pointing downwards, and are then locked automatically during the advancing stages. A circular saw cuts the stem approximately 15 mm from the start of the heart. Immediately afterwards, another disc cuts the remaining stem and a special rotating device forms the artichoke heart, while another disc cuts the upper leaves at an adjustable height.
The UNIVERSAL SUPER TD has simple, robust gears and requires only normal lubrication and careful cleaning at the end of work.
All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
