About this machine
Its function is to stack metal and glass containers for sterilisation. The containers arrive from the packaging or filling process and are stored in the machine's accumulation disc.
The machine positions them inside the sterilisation cage layer by layer using plastic separators. These separators are fed and positioned manually.
The sterilisation cages have a movable bottom to allow the containers to be inserted and the height to be lowered to form the different layers on top of each other until the cage is full.
INCLUDES:
- Lifting scissors with hydraulic pump.
- Accumulation disc with a diameter of 1,400 mm.
- The dimensions of the cages are:
- Overall dimensions: 1 m x 0.83 m x 1.08 m (length x width x height)
- Useful dimensions: 0.81 m x 0.765 m x 0.75 m (length x width x height)
