About this machine
The Urschel Model L-A is ideal for dicing chicken, turkey and duck meat, clams, lobster, shrimp, oysters, crab, celery, fresh or brined peppers, mushrooms and citrus peels, cherries, citron, dried plums, candied fruit, apples, parsley.
• Maximum inlet thickness or diameter should not exceed 1/2' (12.7 mm).
• Provides continuous operation for uninterrupted production.
• Equipped with stainless steel contact parts.
