About this machine
The tunnel is used to freeze food products using cryogenic gas. These gases (nitrogen LN2) allow immediate freezing of the product.
Deep-freezing is achieved by spraying cryogenic gas into the environment (inside the box), levelling the air flow over the product by means of electric fans.
This deep-freezing cycle is controlled by a PLC.
