About this machine
Thermal oil fryer for products with or without coating.
The CFS BRN 3000/700 fryer is an advanced and efficient food processing machine designed specifically for large-scale frying operations. With its impressive capacity and state-of-the-art features, this fryer offers exceptional performance and precise control over the frying process.
With a spacious frying chamber, the BRN 3000/700 fryer can handle large quantities of food products, making it ideal for high-volume production. The fryer is equipped with powerful heating elements that ensure fast and even heat distribution, resulting in uniform frying and optimal product quality.
It incorporates a sediment removal system: it is carried out by means of a chain provided with stainless steel slats, continuously scraping the bottom of the fryer.
The conveyor belt is made of 700 mm wide metal mesh.
