About this machine
The Kiremko brush machine removes the peel from the product (e.g. potato). A platform of several rotating brushes effectively removes and separates the peel without causing any damage to the product. The brush machine is perfectly adapted to the Kiremko steam peeler. This machine is used in many production lines all over the world.
The brushing machine is made of stainless steel. The toothed belt drive guarantees a robust and reliable machine.
Production: The range is from 4 to more than 25 tonnes per hour.
The output may vary depending on the product.
Equipment & configuration
- Longitudinal brush rollers.
- Upper showers with pressure spray nozzles.
- Upper covers for cleaning the inside of the machine.
- Stainless steel plate chaining so that the water does not splash, with lower collection on one side for water and waste at one point.
Designed to provide peeling and/or washing of fruis, nuts or vegetables. Internal auger assures retention control. Integrated water sprays for continuous product rinsing.

Characteristics:
- Longitudinal abrasive rollers.

- Manual system to regulate the inclination of the machine and thus regulate the advancement of the fruit inside the machine.
- The abrasive peeler described above is equipped with an internal auger to hold the product in order to regulate the time we want the product to be inside the machine.
- The auger is made of stainless steel blind plate.
