About this machine
Grill marker suitable for industrial production - operated by gas supply (methane or LPG). Suitable for grilling, not for cooking, different food products (sliced vegetables, meat fillets and fish fillets).
Products: pepper, aubergine, courgette, chicken, turkey, fish, etc.
The machine automatically handles the products.
The loading and unloading of the product is manual.
The operator must first prepare the sliced product; then load the slices onto the machine's infeed conveyor; another operator will pick up the roasted product at the tunnel exit and place it in suitable containers.
Stainless steel mesh belt conveyor.
