About this machine
This type of machine is suitable for dosing the following products: mustards, baby food, sauces, pastes, jams, etc.
With its filling device, these machines are equipped for the dosage of dense products, liquids or solid particles.
DESIGNED FOR PRODUCTIONS BETWEEN 3000 AND 3500 PACKAGES/HOUR:
The production varies according to the product, the format and the filling capacity.
Maximum production up to 4,000 containers / hour.
EQUIPMENT
· A dosing head with 3 pistons with an adjustable dose between 50 and 550 cc.
· Feeding hopper of 75 liters capacity with vibration level detector.
· End-of-cycle electronic timer integrated into the control panel.
· 3 height-adjustable pneumatic closing anti-drip nozzles for adaptation to different container formats.
