About this machine
The Cooling Tank is a machine that, once filled with water and cooled by means of the cooling coil incorporated in it, reduces the temperature of the product immersed in it, and is made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel and consists of:
- A watertight water tank: Cooling tank, insulated with polyurethane.
- Coil.
- Agitator.
- Cleaning hatch for access to the inside of the tank.
- Capacity for 2 cages: 84 cm x 71 cm x 88 cm.
The action of the agitator, consisting of an electric motor coupled to a propeller, ensures continuous circulation of the water, thus achieving:
- A more homogeneous water temperature.
- Greater use of cooling energy.
- Greater heat exchange with the product to be frozen.
Useful capacity: 2200 L (approx)
Total capacity: 4000 L (approx)
