The RAYNBOW high-resolution sorting sensor uses visible and NIR colour technology to detect foreign bodies and defects in products.

The system can identify organic and inorganic foreign bodies, spoiled products and colour defects, with minimal recalibration required, typically only twice a year.

It offers Ethernet connectivity for remote access and software that enables data collection for analysis and traceability, with four levels of parameterisable control.

The system features an interactive LCD touchscreen monitor, an integrated vision glass cleaning device and a rejection system that uses mechanical fingers or air jets.
