About this machine
Its function is to load both metal and glass containers into baskets for sterilisation. The containers arrive from packaging or filling and are stored in the machine’s accumulation buffer while forming the corresponding pattern for the different layers.
The machine positions them inside the sterilisation cage layer by layer using plastic separators. These separators are fed and placed manually.
The sterilisation cages have a movable bottom to allow containers to enter and progressively lower the height to form the different layers on top of one another until the cage is completely full.
