Tegra's intellisort ejection system features 256 ejectors with a 6 mm pitch to ensure complete removal of defects and foreign material with minimal collateral damage.

Top and bottom cameras view the product from all sides to detect defects in size, shape or colour. Centred or contour ejection depending on product, defects and foreign material.

Tegra's C-Courier uses gravity and centrifugal force to move product into the inspection area without damage at a constant speed and volumes.

Products: Vegetables (sliced and diced), fruits (whole, sliced, diced), potatoes (strips, slices, cubes, wedges), candy, coffee beans, nuts, snacks, etc.

Example: Colour sorting of sliced peaches can be done to achieve a uniform appearance and greater customer appeal.
