About this machine
Specially designed for dispensing liquid or paste-like food products, whether homogeneous or not, such as soups, sauces, cottage cheese, fresh cream, pâtés, jams, honey, etc. And non-food products such as glues, fats, etc.
The DM60R filler essentially consists of:
- Stainless steel feed tank.
- A rotary distributor (ball valve) alternately connects the dosing cylinder to the tank and to the container to be filled. The stroke of the piston inside the cylinder, which determines the dosing volume, is adjusted simply by turning a graduated handwheel, whether the machine is running or stopped.
- ‘NO CONTAINER, NO FILL’ device
- Maximum dosing with Ø 100 piston: 0.94 litres.
- Production varies depending on the product and format.
