Using a pendulum system, this autoclave ensures uniform heat distribution, which is crucial for products with a significant liquid or viscous content. This type of movement is particularly useful for delicate products containing different ingredients, where a liquid or viscous component forms a significant part of the product or mixture to be sterilised.

During the sterilisation process, the trolleys undergo a pendulum-like movement that produces moderate agitation of the product, causing the liquids and solids that make up the product to move slightly without damaging them, but in doing so, it accelerates the uniform distribution of temperature, which in turn ensures that the organoleptic qualities of the product are less affected by reducing the duration of the thermal process. This is particularly important for highly delicate products.
