About this machine
The artichoke peeler is a low volume machine. Its easy handling replaces the large manual work, reaching a production of 35 pieces/minute.
It works indiscriminately with raw or cooked artichokes and it adapts to all sizes.
- It is equipped with a start and stop switch.
- Minimum diameter: 55 mm
- Maximum diameter: 90 mm
- Voltage: 220-380 V 50 HZ
- ADJUSTABLE HEAD IN HEIGHT AND DEPTH.
- FLEXIBLE CLAMP.
- IT INCLUDES SAFETY SYSTEM IN THE HEAD.
- Easy adjustment of the cutting elements.
- Valid for different sizes of artichokes.
- Quickly change the shape of the Nylon bushings
