About this machine
The artichoke peeler is a low volume machine. Its easy handling replaces the large manual work, reaching a production of 35 pieces/minute.
It works indiscriminately with raw or cooked artichokes and it adapts to all sizes.
- It is equipped with a start and stop switch.
