About this machine
The FAMACO artichoke peeler is a compact machine. Its easy operation replaces strenuous manual work, reaching an output of 35 pieces/minute.
It processes either raw or cooked artichokes and adapts to different sizes.
Equipped with a stop/start switch.

PROCESSES BOTH RAW AND COOKED ARTICHOKES.

QUICK REPLACEMENT OF THE NYLON BUSHINGS.
